The property is currently undeveloped. The area of the plot is 19 116 m2 (1.9116 ha). It has regular dimensions of approximately rectangular shape. The shape of the land is regular on a hill. From its highest point, in winter, there is a view of Lake Gromskie, which is about 100 m from the edge of the plot. The lake is not developed. It is necessary to provide accompanying infrastructure to ensure the possibility of rehabilitation of the residents. In connection with the purpose of the investment, it is possible to take measures aimed at obtaining investment financing from European Union funds.
